Ministry as a calling and profession comes with it’s own set of unique opportunities and challenges. In my experience, it’s impossible to understand “church world” unless you are called, and have experienced ministry first hand.
I have been a Pastor for 20 years. I started the church I pastor with 14 people and it has grown to more than 3000. I have seen a lot and experienced a lot in those years. My experience, coupled with my education have prepared and equipped me to be a qualified Clergy Coach.
I designed my Clergy Coaching Track to help ministers and ministries excel. I work with individual ministry leaders, teams, and entire organizations to help them perform at their highest level. The challenge for ministry leadership in the 21st century requires understanding and applying effective leadership and management principles while adapting quickly to an ever-changing culture. To achieve this, ministry leaders need to be outstanding individuals who are able to encourage, inspire, and harness the energy of their people for the work of the ministry.
